Relax and unwind in our beautiful home, with breathtaking views overlooking the Caribbean and Buck Island. Newly renovated inside and out with stylish and comfortable furnishings and all new appliances! Enjoy our three-bedroom, 2 1/2 bath refuge.
High volume ceiling fans cool you on those days when the Trade Winds don`t, plus the large master bedroom and adjoining bathroom have a ductless quiet and efficient air conditioner.
Wake up to the glorious sunrise over Buck Island and the Caribbean.
Three bedrooms with all new linens and mattresses. The master bedroom is en suite, with walk-in closet, A/C, 46” TV and queen-size bed.
Two additional bedrooms include queen-size bed in one and twin beds (converting to a king-size bed) in the other.
Excellent fully equipped cook’s kitchen with lots of counter space, including an island with a breakfast bar and West Indies style mahogany cabinets. Enjoy your meals or cocktails on our the portico covered deck overlooking the shimmering Caribbean, listening to the sound of tropical birds and the waves hitting the shore.
There is a 55” TV in the living room with an augmented sound system, and well appointed indoor dining area.
You will have full access to the main house and outdoor space, including sole access to pool, deck and outdoor dining area.
There is a separate apartment in the basement, with a separate, private entrance that is also available for rental. This is a large 1 bedroom newly renovated apartment, with full kitchen, bath and laundry. The 25-foot long lounging deck boasts the same spectacular view. This apartment can accommodate 4 extra guests. Rental of apartment is separate.

Located in the exclusive and secure gated community of Judith`s Fancy, it is just minutes from downtown Christiansted, the center of shopping, fine dining and historic buildings. Judith`s Fancy has over 300 acres along the shoreline and borders a rare bioluminescent bay. It is accessible only through 24-hour guarded gate. Judith`s Fancy is recognized as one of the safest neighborhoods in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
Car rental is suggested. There is a grocery store and pharmacy minutes away.
Plenty of parking on our 200-foot long driveway. Gas, electric, satellite TV and internet are included. Small dog may be allowed with owner’s discretion.
Please don`t smoke inside our home. Be respectful of our neighbors. Nothing else other than toilet paper should be discarded in the toilet bowl/ bowls.

Summary: The stay was excellent.The views were spectacular, better than the pictures in the VRBO website, and the location was excellent, with several restaurants, grocery stores and beaches closed by. The community was gated which was certainly a plus especially for my children. Pool was nice, clean and water was comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were well decorated and very nice. Enough towels were available, including beach towels. Only negative perhaps, was the internet, not sure why we were not able to connect but we really did not need it since we were still able to have internet via our personal devices. Owners were very responsive and helpful with providing answers to any questions we had. The island is beautiful and I am pretty sure we will be coming back.

Summary: House was fully stocked with everything you could need and the view was beautiful! Both the indoor and outdoor areas were nice to enjoy. The owner was quick to resolve the WiFi issues. However, we could not enjoy the pool for part of the stay because it was not maintained. Both property manager and owner were unresponsive with this issue.

Summary: We had a great time celebrating our Anniversary at Si Querida. Dan was attentive and quick to respond to any questions I had about the property. Our family had a great time hanging out by the pool and enjoying the beautiful view which is amazing. We had anything we possibly needed and having the beach chairs to take with us when we would head out was nice. Thank you Dan and Fran for sharing your home with us we really enjoyed our time.

Summary: The property was comfortable with breathtaking views. The house was perfect for our trip with our friends. We had plenty of space, the pool was perfect for the hot days and evenings after our adventures, the trade winds really made it feel cooler than it was. There was a power blip right before we arrived that fried the ac unit but Dan and Fran were wonderful in communicating to us and their property manager Mario was able to bring a portable unit in for the really humid days. They treated us like family and were absolutely wonderful. The house will hold amazing memories for us and our friends and we can't wait to return. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful home and making such wonderful memories.

Summary: The view is spectacular and if you are looking for plenty of room for a family and peace and quiet this is the perfect location. Host was very attentive to any questions that we had about the property. Loved having the pool right outside our doorstep to cool off after hot days in the sun. The tradewinds were really nice at the beginning of our stay, but towards the later part of the week we definitely noticed that the weather pattern was shifting on the island to the normal heat of the summer. Would definitely have preferred AC in all the bedrooms but we made the best of that situation and fortunately the large fans the home has helped tremendously. Location was great and we could go from side of the island to the other in about 40 minutes depending on traffic. Loved our stay in St. Croix. I would love to visit again during slightly cooler weather.

Summary: Dan and Frans home was perfect for my family of 4. Young adult children are not easily entertained and the home and Island in general kept us busy. It was so nice coming home to a beautiful house in the hills of Judiths Fancy. The pool was so refreshing after a day in town or at the beach. The house was so well stocked, especially the kitchen. We highly recommend their house and would definitely consider coming back to the same house. This was our first time to St Croix and to have a home base that was so comfortable was a real joy. Thanks again guys.
